Commodity & emissions data infrastructure
Unified platform. Connect and trade.
Turn scattered commodity and emissions data into controlled, trade-ready records your teams can actually use.
How Lemx fits in your stack
Lemx doesn’t change how you run assets. It gives physical flows and exposures a consistent digital representation you can actually use.
Physical Tokens (PTs)
Physical Tokens are digital units that mirror real‑world energy volumes, like one MMBtu of gas or one gallon of methanol. Each PT is tied to a specific asset and flow, so operational and emissions data link back to concrete barrels and molecules. You don’t change how you move product, Lemx maps to the assets and flows you already track.
Financial Twin Tokens (FTTs)
Financial Twin Tokens mirror the risk and exposure that banks, insurers, and investors take on. Each FTT is linked to one or more PTs, so financed emissions tie back to real assets and activities instead of sector averages. This lets you view portfolios, risk, and disclosures through the same data that operators use on the ground.
TRACE Lifecycle Engine
TRACE assembles tokens from multiple operators into a continuous lifecycle, from production through transport to end use. It acts as a registry and transaction hub: you can see which tokens are sold, unsold, or retired and move them between counterparties under consistent rules. The result is one lifecycle view instead of disconnected spreadsheets and bilateral files.
Protection Layer
The protection layer encodes guardrails, responsibilities, and permitted uses directly into the system. Terms, limits, and role‑based rules define how tokens can move, who is accountable for what, and how data can and cannot be used. This reduces legal and operational risk so legal, compliance, and risk teams can sign off on real assets and real data entering the platform.
Inside the Lemx platform
Turn your existing operational and emissions data into lifecycle records you can share and transact on.
Ingest your existing data
Lemx securely ingests operational, supply‑chain, and emissions data from the systems you already use via files or APIs. There is no forced re‑measurement or single standard; we accept your data as it is today.
Tokenize and bundle
Data is memorialized as secure PTs and FTTs tied to real volumes, assets, and exposures. TRACE bundles PTs into complete lifecycle records and tracks which tokens are available, sold, or retired.
Transact with guardrails
When buyers, banks, insurers, or regulators need evidence, you share the relevant tokens under clear, pre‑defined guardrails. They get reliable lifecycle and financed‑emissions intelligence; you stay in control of who sees what and for which purpose.
Critical features for adoption
Built for real-world deployment, not pilots that never scale.
Protection and control
Clear ownership, rights, and auditability are built into the model, giving operators and counterparties confidence to commit real assets and real data. Legal and compliance teams can see exactly how data is used and where responsibilities begin and end.
Full lifecycle coverage
TRACE automates data collection and linkage through all stages, production to end use, solving both the technical stitching and the business‑logic questions. You get one lifecycle record instead of manually reconciled fragments.
Ready for financial markets
FTTs express your operational data through a financial lens. Lenders, investors, and insurers can see financed emissions at facility, counterparty, and instrument level and access those metrics in the tools and workflows they already use.
Low cost at scale
Lemx is designed to scale across assets and portfolios without requiring new field systems or heavy internal engineering. Per‑transaction costs remain low enough for thin‑margin projects, and our model aligns fees with actual use of the data.
